Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
Due to the sealed and perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted unless:
- the product is defective upon arrival, or
- the product delivered does not match the order
In accordance with EU food safety law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16), sealed perishable goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Reporting a Problem
To report an issue, contact info@frontierration.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include order reference, product details and photographs if applicable.
Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for opened, used or altered products, or where storage instructions were not followed.
Refund Process
If a claim is approved, we may:
- issue a refund to the original payment method, or
- send a replacement at our discretion
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
