General Scope

FRONTIER¹ QRRs are designed for operational field conditions. We guarantee product integrity under normal storage and transport as specified.

Covered

Warranty covers defects in materials, packaging integrity, or thermal stability within the declared shelf life, provided the product has been:

• stored in stable conditions at +15 °C to +20 °C (recommended)
• kept sealed in original packaging and out of direct sunlight
• not exposed to prolonged heat above +70 °C or freezing below –20 °C
• consumed before the printed Best Before date

Note: While QRRs tolerate short-term temperature extremes during field use (–20 °C to +70 °C), such exposure is not intended for long-term storage and does not extend shelf life.

Not Covered

We do not cover:

• damage caused by misuse, puncture, overheating or improper storage
• degradation due to exposure outside recommended storage conditions
• altered taste, texture or palatability due to repackaging, condensation or age
