Dispatch

Orders placed via FRONTIER¹ are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are shipped from the Netherlands using registered carriers with standard tracking.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by destination. Within the EU, most shipments arrive within 2–5 business days. International delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and reflect current courier pricing. For institutional orders, custom delivery terms may apply.

Responsibility

Risk of damage or loss transfers upon delivery in accordance with Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place), unless otherwise agreed. Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address and accepting the parcel.

Customs

For non-EU destinations, customs duties or VAT may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient. FRONTIER¹ cannot be held responsible for import taxes or clearance delays.
